Shipping Policy


Your configured routers will typically be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received in full, subject to payment confirmation before 1pm local time. Orders received on a Friday will likely be shipped the following Monday.
 
Your order will be sent via UK Mail (or appropriate substitution) on a 24 to 72 hour delivery service. If you do not receive your order within 4 working days please contact support@sharedband.com and quote your order number.

Please note that dispatch of your routers will be subject to sufficient stock levels. If we believe that there will be a delay of more than 3 working days before your routers are shipped we will notify you via email. You have the right to cancel your order any any time before your routers ship by emailing us on ukorders@sharedband.com quoting your order reference number.

Upon receipt of your routers, please ensure that your order is correct and complete. If not please notify us by email support@sharedband.com and we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your routers if there are any problems.
